1. Scope

This policy explains what publishes on yoloshort, what we will not publish, how we rate what we do publish, and how to report a copyright infringement or other unlawful content. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. What we publish

yoloshort carries scripted, fictional short-form drama, performed by professional adult actors engaged under contract and either produced in-house or licensed from rights holders. Typical genres are romance, revenge, historical fiction, workplace comedy, suspense and youth drama.

We do not host user-generated video. No member can upload, publish or livestream content on yoloshort. Every title in the catalogue is commissioned, reviewed and rated by our editorial team before release.

3. Content we prohibit

We do not commission, license, publish or permit any of the following, in any language or territory:

• Pornography, sexually explicit material, or any content marketed on the basis of sexual arousal;
• Any sexualised depiction of a minor, or any depiction of a minor in a harmful or exploitative context, in any form;
• Non-consensual sexual content, or content depicting sexual violence for entertainment;
• Real-world violence, footage of actual injury or death, or content glorifying terrorism or extremism;
• Hate speech or content that demeans a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation;
• Content promoting self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or illegal drug use;
• Gambling, real-money gaming or the sale of any regulated product;
• Content that infringes a third party's copyright, trademark, personality or privacy rights;
• Any content otherwise unlawful in the territory where it is offered.

Depictions of conflict, crime or emotional distress may appear as ordinary elements of drama; they are rated accordingly and are never presented gratuitously.

4. Age ratings and access

No title on yoloshort carries an adult (18+ explicit) rating, because we do not publish that material. Account holders must be 18 or over to purchase; viewers must be 16 or over, and younger viewers only with the supervision of the account holder. Every title page shows its rating and a content advisory before playback.

5. Licensing and territory

Some titles are licensed for specific territories only. Where that is the case, the restriction is shown on the title page and playback is limited accordingly. Attempting to bypass a territorial restriction is a breach of the Terms of Service.

6. Copyright complaints — notice and takedown

We respect copyright and respond promptly to properly made complaints. If you own or represent the owner of a work you believe has been made available on yoloshort without authorisation, send a written notice to including all of the following:

1. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
2. Identification of the work claimed to be infringed (title, registration or licence reference if any);
3. The exact URL or title on yoloshort where the material appears;
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law;
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and — under penalty of perjury — that you are authorised to act for the rights owner;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We acknowledge complete notices within 2 business days and, where the complaint is substantiated, remove or disable access to the material within 5 business days. Incomplete notices will be returned with an explanation of what is missing.

7. Counter-notice

If material of yours was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, send a counter-notice to containing your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of . We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the material if no proceedings are commenced within 10 business days.

8. Repeat infringers and enforcement

We terminate our relationship with any supplier or licensor found to have repeatedly supplied infringing material, and we terminate the accounts of members who repeatedly attempt to record, redistribute or pirate content from the Service.

9. Reporting other unlawful content

To report content you believe is illegal, defamatory, or in breach of this policy, write to with the title, the timestamp, and a description of the problem. We investigate every report and reply within 5 business days. Reports concerning the safety of a child are escalated immediately and reported to the competent authorities.

ユーザー投稿動画は取り扱いません。会員がyoloshort上でコンテンツをアップロード、公開、またはライブ配信することはできません。カタログ内のすべての作品は、公開前に当社の編集チームが企画・審査・レーティングを行っています。

3. 禁止するコンテンツ

当社は、言語・地域を問わず、以下のいずれについても企画、ライセンス取得、配信、または許諾を行いません。

• ポルノ、露骨な性的表現、または性的興奮を目的として提供されるコンテンツ
• 形態を問わず、未成年者を性的に描写するもの、または未成年者を有害もしくは搾取的な文脈で描写するもの
• 同意のない性的コンテンツ、または娯楽目的で性暴力を描写するもの
• 現実の暴力、実際の傷害・死亡の映像、テロリズムまたは過激主義を賛美するコンテンツ
• 人種、民族、国籍、宗教、障害、性別、性自認、性的指向を理由に個人または集団を貶めるヘイトスピーチまたはコンテンツ
• 自傷行為、自殺、摂食障害、違法薬物の使用を助長するコンテンツ
• ギャンブル、賭博性のあるゲーム、規制対象商品の販売
• 第三者の著作権、商標権、肖像権、プライバシー権を侵害するコンテンツ
• その他、提供される地域において違法なコンテンツ

対立、犯罪、心理的苦痛の描写は、ドラマの通常の構成要素として登場することがあります。これらは相応にレーティングされ、必要のない過度な表現として提示されることはありません。

4. レーティングと視聴条件

当社はアダルト（18歳以上向けの露骨な）コンテンツを配信していないため、そのレーティングの作品はありません。ご購入にはアカウント名義人が18歳以上であることが必要です。視聴は16歳以上とし、それ未満の方はアカウント名義人の監督のもとでのみご視聴いただけます。各作品ページには、再生前にレーティングと内容に関する注意事項を表示します。

5. ライセンスと配信地域

要件を満たす通報については2営業日以内に受領を通知し、申立てに理由があると認められる場合は5営業日以内に当該素材の削除またはアクセス遮断を行います。不備のある通報は、不足事項を説明のうえご返送します。

7. 異議申立て

お客様の素材が削除され、その削除が誤りであるとお考えの場合は、連絡先、削除された素材の特定、削除が誤りまたは誤認によるものである旨の偽証罪の処罰を前提とした陳述、およびの裁判所の管轄に服する旨の同意を記載した異議申立てを までお送りください。当社は異議申立てを当初の申立人へ転送し、10営業日以内に法的手続が開始されない場合は素材を復旧することがあります。

8. 反復侵害者への対応

侵害素材を繰り返し提供したと認められる供給者またはライセンサーとの取引は終了します。また、本サービスのコンテンツの録画、再配布、海賊行為を繰り返し試みた会員のアカウントは解約します。

9. その他の違法コンテンツの通報

違法、名誉毀損的、または本ポリシーに違反すると思われるコンテンツを通報される場合は、作品名、該当時点、問題の内容を記載して までご連絡ください。すべての通報を調査し、5営業日以内にご返信します。児童の安全に関わる通報は直ちに最優先で対応し、所轄官庁へ通報します。

2. 我們發布的內容

yoloshort 提供由簽約專業成年演員演出之劇本式虛構短篇戲劇，作品由我們自製或向版權方取得授權。常見類型包括愛情、復仇、古裝、職場喜劇、懸疑與青春劇。

我們不代管使用者上傳的影片。會員無法在 yoloshort 上傳、發布或直播任何內容。片庫中的每一部作品，皆由我們的編審團隊於上架前完成企劃、審查與分級。

3. 我們禁止的內容

無論語言或地區，我們不會委製、取得授權、發布或允許下列任何內容：

• 色情、露骨性內容，或任何以引起性興奮為訴求而行銷之內容；
• 任何形式之未成年人性化描繪，或將未成年人置於有害或剝削情境之描繪；

衝突、犯罪或情緒創傷之描繪，可能作為戲劇之一般元素出現；此類內容均已據以分級，且絕不會以無必要之方式呈現。

4. 分級與觀看資格

由於我們不發布成人（18+ 露骨）素材，yoloshort 上沒有任何作品屬於該分級。帳號持有人須年滿 18 歲方可購買；觀眾須年滿 16 歲，未達此年齡者僅得於帳號持有人監督下觀看。每個作品頁面於播放前均顯示其分級與內容提示。

5. 授權與地區

對於完整之通知，我們將於 2 個工作天內回覆確認收件；若檢舉經查屬實，將於 5 個工作天內移除該素材或停止其存取。內容不完整之通知將退回並說明缺漏事項。

7. 回復通知

若您的素材遭移除，而您認為該移除係屬錯誤，請將回復通知寄至 ，內容應包含您的聯絡資訊、遭移除素材之特定資訊、在偽證處罰前提下聲明該移除係因錯誤或誤認所致，以及您同意受法院管轄之聲明。我們將把回復通知轉交原檢舉人，若於 10 個工作天內未有法律程序啟動，我們得回復該素材。

8. 重複侵權與執行

對於經查重複提供侵權素材之供應商或授權方，我們將終止合作關係；對於重複嘗試錄製、再散布或盜錄本服務內容之會員，我們將終止其帳號。

9. 檢舉其他違法內容

如欲檢舉您認為違法、誹謗或違反本政策之內容，請將作品名稱、時間點與問題說明寄至 。我們會調查每一則檢舉，並於 5 個工作天內回覆。涉及兒童安全之檢舉將立即升級處理，並通報主管機關。
