1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and , a private limited company registered in under , with its registered office at , , , ("yoloshort", "we", "us").
They govern your use of the website at yoloshort.com, our mobile applications, and any content, features or services we make available through them (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and to make a purchase. Viewers aged 16 and over may watch under the supervision of the account holder. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to give accurate registration and billing information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that contain information we reasonably believe to be false, or that are used in breach of these Terms.
3. The Service
yoloshort is a subscription video-on-demand service offering short-form vertical drama series that we produce ourselves or license from rights holders. Access to full episodes requires an active paid membership, or a title unlocked with coins. Titles, synopses, cast information, episode counts and content ratings are publicly viewable; playback is not.
The catalogue changes over time. Titles may be added, updated or withdrawn when a licence expires or a rights holder requires it. Some titles are restricted to specific territories by their licence. We do not guarantee that a particular title will remain available for any minimum period.
4. Subscriptions, billing and automatic renewal
We offer weekly, monthly and annual memberships. Current prices are shown on our Pricing page and are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Applicable consumption tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout where we are required to collect it and is displayed before you confirm your order.
Your subscription renews automatically. At the end of each billing period we will charge the payment method on file for the next period at the then-current price, until you cancel. Weekly plans renew every 7 days, monthly plans every 30 days, and annual plans every 12 months, from the date of your first payment.
Charges appear on your card or bank statement as . We email a receipt for every charge to your registered address. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it for up to seven days and may suspend access until payment succeeds.
We may change prices. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the change takes effect for your subscription, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
5. Coins and one-off purchases
Coins are a prepaid, non-refundable digital balance used to unlock individual series permanently. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be exchanged for money, and do not expire while your account remains open. Once coins have been spent to unlock a title, that transaction is final. Unused coin balances are forfeited if you close your account, except where local law requires otherwise.
6. Free trials and promotions
We do not currently offer a free trial. If we introduce trials or promotional pricing, the duration, the price that applies afterwards and the cancellation deadline will be stated clearly before you provide any payment details. Unless we say otherwise, a trial converts into a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from Account → Membership, or by emailing . Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not automatically pro-rate part-used periods.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Statutory consumer rights in your country apply in addition to that policy and are not limited by it.
8. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You must not:
- copy, record, download (except through features we provide), redistribute, publicly perform or resell any part of the content;
- circumvent, remove or interfere with digital rights management, geographic restrictions, access controls or watermarks;
- share your account credentials, or exceed the concurrent-stream limit of your plan;
- use bots, scrapers or automated systems to access the Service, or attempt to reverse engineer any part of it;
- use the Service unlawfully, or in a way that infringes anyone's rights or disrupts the Service for others.
9. Intellectual property and your licence
All content on the Service, including video, artwork, subtitles, trademarks and software, is owned by us or by our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to stream the content for private viewing during your membership. No other rights are granted.
10. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. When you pay, your card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. does not receive, process or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. We receive only a token, the last four digits, the card brand and the result of the transaction.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with notice where practicable, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or by a rights holder, if payment is not received, or if we detect fraud or abuse. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription period.
You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply.
12. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of events outside our reasonable control. Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email or in the Service at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the amended Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of , without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

17. Consumer rights in specific regions
Japan. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法) or the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法). Our statutory disclosure under the latter is available on request from .
Taiwan. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (消費者保護法), including any applicable review period for distance contracts.
EEA and United Kingdom. You normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting to stream immediately after purchase you expressly request that supply begins during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply of the digital content has begun with your consent.
18. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy and Content & Copyright Policy, are the entire agreement between us. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale of assets.

2. 利用資格とアカウント
アカウントの作成およびご購入には、18歳以上（またはお住まいの地域の成年年齢以上）であることが必要です。16歳以上の方は、アカウント名義人の監督のもとで視聴いただけます。お客様は、ログイン情報を機密に保持する責任および当該アカウントで行われるすべての行為について責任を負います。
お客様は、登録情報および請求情報を正確に提供し、常に最新の状態に保つことに同意するものとします。虚偽と合理的に判断される情報を含むアカウント、または本規約に違反して使用されているアカウントについては、利用停止または解約を行う場合があります。
3. 本サービスの内容
yoloshortは、当社が自社制作した、または権利者からライセンスを受けた縦型ショートドラマシリーズを提供する定額制動画配信サービスです。本編の視聴には、有効な有料会員資格、またはコインで解放した作品であることが必要です。作品名、あらすじ、出演者情報、話数、レーティングは公開されていますが、再生は公開されていません。
ラインナップは随時変更されます。ライセンス期間の満了や権利者の要請により、作品が追加、更新、または配信終了となる場合があります。一部の作品はライセンス上、配信地域が限定されます。特定の作品が一定期間継続して視聴可能であることを当社は保証しません。
4. サブスクリプション、課金および自動更新
当社は週額・月額・年額の会員プランを提供しています。現在の価格は料金プランページに表示され、別段の記載がない限り米ドル（USD）建てです。当社が徴収義務を負う消費税・VAT・GSTは決済時に加算され、ご注文確定前に表示されます。
サブスクリプションは自動更新されます。各請求期間の終了時に、解約されるまで、登録済みのお支払い方法に対しその時点の価格で次期間分を請求します。週額プランは7日ごと、月額プランは30日ごと、年額プランは12か月ごとに、初回お支払い日を基準として更新されます。
ご利用明細には と表示されます。すべての課金について、ご登録のメールアドレス宛に領収書を送信します。更新時の決済が失敗した場合、最長7日間再試行し、決済が完了するまでご利用を停止する場合があります。
当社は価格を変更する場合があります。変更する場合は、お客様のサブスクリプションに適用される少なくとも30日前に電子メールで通知し、新価格の適用前に解約いただけます。
5. コインおよび都度購入
コインは、個別の作品を永続的に解放するために使用する、前払い式かつ返金不可のデジタル残高です。コインには換金価値がなく、アカウント間の譲渡、現金への交換はできず、アカウントが有効である限り有効期限はありません。作品の解放にコインを使用した時点で当該取引は確定します。アカウントを閉鎖した場合、未使用のコイン残高は、現地法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き失効します。
6. 無料トライアルおよびキャンペーン
現在、無料トライアルは提供していません。今後トライアルまたはキャンペーン価格を導入する場合は、期間、その後に適用される価格、および解約期限を、お支払い情報のご入力前に明確に表示します。別段の定めがない限り、トライアルは期間終了時に自動的に有料サブスクリプションへ移行します。
7. 解約および返金
「アカウント → 会員情報」からいつでも解約いただけます。 宛のメールでも受け付けます。解約により次回の更新が停止します。お支払い済みの期間の終了までご利用いただけますが、期間途中の日割り返金は自動的には行いません。
返金は、本規約の一部を構成する返金・解約ポリシーに従います。お住まいの国の法定消費者権利は当該ポリシーに加えて適用され、これにより制限されることはありません。
8. 禁止事項
本サービスは、個人的かつ非商業的な視聴目的にのみご利用いただけます。以下の行為は禁止します。
- コンテンツの全部または一部の複製、録画、ダウンロード（当社が提供する機能による場合を除く）、再配布、公衆送信、公の上映、再販売
- デジタル著作権管理、地域制限、アクセス制御、ウォーターマークの回避、除去または妨害
- ログイン情報の共有、およびプランごとの同時視聴数上限の超過
- ボット、スクレイパー、自動化システムによる本サービスへのアクセス、および本サービスのリバースエンジニアリングの試行
- 違法な利用、第三者の権利を侵害する利用、他の利用者のサービス利用を妨害する利用
9. 知的財産権および利用許諾
映像、アートワーク、字幕、商標、ソフトウェアを含む本サービス上のすべてのコンテンツは、当社または当社のライセンサーに帰属し、著作権法その他の法令により保護されています。本規約の遵守および所定の料金のお支払いを条件として、当社はお客様に対し、会員期間中、私的視聴のためにコンテンツをストリーミングする、限定的、個人的、非独占的、譲渡不能かつ撤回可能な利用許諾を付与します。それ以外の権利は付与されません。
10. 決済処理
決済はStripe, Inc.およびその関連会社が処理します。お支払いの際、カード情報はStripeが自社の規約およびプライバシーポリシーに基づき直接収集・処理します。がカード番号の全桁、有効期限、セキュリティコードを受領、処理、保存することはありません。当社が受領するのは、トークン、下4桁、カードブランド、および取引結果のみです。
11. 利用停止および契約終了
お客様が本規約に違反した場合、法令または権利者の要請により必要な場合、支払いが行われない場合、または不正行為もしくは濫用を検知した場合、当社は（実務上可能な限り通知のうえ）アカウントを停止または終了することがあります。当社の都合により正当な理由なくアカウントを終了する場合は、前払い済みサブスクリプション期間の未使用分を返金します。
お客様はいつでもアカウントを閉鎖できます。知的財産権、免責、責任の制限、補償、準拠法など、その性質上契約終了後も存続すべき条項は引き続き効力を有します。
12. サービスの提供および免責
当社は本サービスを常時利用可能な状態に保つよう努めますが、中断やエラーのない運用を保証するものではありません。メンテナンス中、または当社の合理的支配の及ばない事象により、本サービスをご利用いただけない場合があります。本規約に明示的に定める場合を除き、法令上許容される最大限の範囲において、本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的適合性および非侵害を含む黙示の保証を否認します。
13. 責任の制限
法令上許容される最大限の範囲において、当社は間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、結果的損害、および逸失利益、データの喪失、信用の毀損について責任を負いません。本サービスに起因または関連する当社の累積総責任額は、（a）請求の原因となった事象の発生前12か月間にお客様が当社に支払った金額、または（b）100米ドルのいずれか高い方を上限とします。
本規約のいかなる規定も、適用法令上除外または制限できない責任（過失による死亡もしくは人身傷害に関する責任、詐欺に関する責任、強行法規たる消費者保護法令に基づく責任を含む）を除外または制限するものではありません。
14. 補償
お客様は、本規約違反、本サービスの不正利用、または第三者の権利侵害に起因して当社に生じた請求、損失および合理的な費用について、当社を補償することに同意します。
15. 本規約の変更
当社は本規約を変更する場合があります。お客様の権利に重大な影響を及ぼす変更を行う場合は、効力発生日の少なくとも30日前に電子メールまたは本サービス上で通知し、それまでに解約いただけます。効力発生日以降も本サービスをご利用になる場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
16. 準拠法および紛争解決

EEAおよび英国。通常、通信販売契約について14日間の撤回権が認められます。ご購入後ただちに視聴を開始された場合、お客様は撤回期間中の役務提供開始を明示的に請求したものとみなされ、お客様の同意のもとデジタルコンテンツの提供が開始された時点で撤回権を失うことを承諾したものとみなされます。

您同意提供正確之註冊與帳單資訊並保持更新。若帳號所含資訊經我們合理判斷為不實，或帳號遭用於違反本條款之行為，我們得暫停或終止該帳號。
3. 本服務內容
yoloshort 為訂閱制隨選視訊服務，提供由我們自製或向版權方取得授權之短篇直式戲劇作品。觀看完整集數須具備有效之付費會員資格，或以金幣解鎖該部作品。劇名、劇情簡介、演員資訊、集數與分級為公開資訊；播放功能則不公開。
片庫內容將隨時間變動。作品可能因授權到期或版權方要求而新增、更新或下架。部分作品依授權僅限特定地區觀看。我們不保證任一作品將於任何最短期間內持續上架。
4. 訂閱、收費與自動續訂
我們提供週訂、月訂與年訂會員方案。現行價格公告於方案頁面，除另有說明外，均以美元（USD）計價。在我們依法必須代收之地區，結帳時將加計消費稅、加值稅或商品服務稅，並於您確認訂單前顯示。
您的訂閱將自動續訂。於每個計費週期結束時，我們將以您登錄之付款方式，按當時價格收取下一期費用，直至您取消為止。自首次付款日起算，週訂方案每 7 天續訂、月訂方案每 30 天續訂、年訂方案每 12 個月續訂。
款項於您的信用卡或銀行帳單上顯示為 。每一筆扣款我們都會將收據寄至您註冊的電子郵件信箱。若續訂扣款失敗，我們最多可於七日內重試，並得於扣款成功前暫停您的使用權限。
我們得調整價格。如有調整，將於變更對您的訂閱生效前至少 30 日以電子郵件通知，您可於新價格適用前取消訂閱。
5. 金幣與一次性購買
金幣為預付且不可退款之數位餘額，用以永久解鎖個別劇集。金幣不具現金價值、不得於帳戶間移轉、不得兌換為金錢，且於您的帳戶維持開啟期間不會過期。金幣一經用於解鎖作品，該筆交易即為最終。除當地法律另有規定外，若您關閉帳戶，未使用之金幣餘額將失效。
6. 免費試用與促銷
我們目前不提供免費試用。若日後推出試用或促銷價格，我們將於您提供任何付款資料之前，明確載明試用期間、其後適用之價格以及取消期限。除另有說明外，試用期屆滿時將自動轉為付費訂閱。
7. 取消與退款
您可隨時於「帳戶 → 會員資格」取消，或寄信至 取消。取消後將停止下一次續訂。您已付費之期間仍可使用至期末；我們不會自動就已使用之部分期間按比例退款。
退款依構成本條款一部之退款與取消政策辦理。您所在國家之法定消費者權利於該政策之外另行適用，且不受其限制。
8. 使用規範
本服務僅供您個人非商業性觀賞之用。您不得：
- 複製、錄製、下載（透過我們提供之功能者除外）、再散布、公開播送、公開上映或轉售內容之任何部分；
- 規避、移除或干擾數位版權管理、地區限制、存取控制或浮水印；
- 分享您的帳號憑證，或超出您方案之同時串流數量上限；
- 使用機器人、爬蟲或自動化系統存取本服務，或嘗試對本服務之任何部分進行還原工程；
- 以違法方式使用本服務，或以侵害他人權利、干擾他人使用本服務之方式使用。
9. 智慧財產權與授權
本服務上之所有內容，包括影片、美術設計、字幕、商標與軟體，均為我們或我們的授權方所有，並受著作權法及其他法律保護。在您遵守本條款並支付相應費用之前提下，我們授予您有限、個人、非專屬、不可移轉且可撤銷之授權，於會員期間內為私人觀賞目的串流播放內容。除此之外不授予任何其他權利。
10. 金流處理
付款由 Stripe, Inc. 及其關係企業處理。您付款時，信用卡資料係由 Stripe 依其自身條款與隱私政策直接收集及處理。 不會接收、處理或儲存您完整的卡號、有效期限或安全碼。我們僅取得代碼化憑證（token）、卡號末四碼、發卡組織與交易結果。
11. 暫停與終止
若您違反本條款、法律或版權方要求我們如此處理、未收到款項，或我們偵測到詐欺或濫用行為，我們得（於實務可行時先行通知）暫停或終止您的帳號。若我們無正當事由終止您的帳號，將就任何預付訂閱期間之未使用部分辦理退款。
您可隨時關閉帳號。依其性質應於終止後繼續存續之條款——包括智慧財產權、免責聲明、責任限制、賠償及準據法——仍持續適用。
12. 服務可用性與免責聲明
我們致力於維持本服務隨時可用，但不保證服務不中斷或無錯誤。本服務可能因維護或非我們合理控制範圍內之事件而暫時無法使用。除本條款明文約定外，並於法律允許之最大範圍內，本服務係以「現況」提供，我們否認一切默示擔保，包括特定用途適用性及不侵權之擔保。
13. 責任限制
於法律允許之最大範圍內，我們不就間接、附隨、特別或衍生性損害，或利潤、資料或商譽之損失負責。我們因本服務所生或與之相關之累計總責任，以下列較高者為限：(a) 引發請求之事件發生前十二個月內您支付予我們之金額，或 (b) 100 美元。

14. 賠償

18. 一般條款
本條款連同隱私權政策、退款與取消政策、Cookie 政策及內容與著作權政策，構成雙方之完整合意。若任一條款經認定不可執行，其餘條款仍繼續有效。我們未行使某項權利不構成對該權利之拋棄。您不得轉讓本條款；我們得將本條款轉讓予關係企業，或於合併或資產出售時一併轉讓。
